Canonical wording: fontcatalyst --help.
| Flag | Meaning |

PATH… | Font files or directories (required) |
-r, --recursive | Recurse into directories. Nested _archive, _quarantine, _converted, _ttx, and _ttx_top folders are left alone. A folder you name directly is still processed, even if it has one of those names. |
-o, --output-dir DIR | Write results to DIR and leave sources in place |
-c, --consolidate [DIR] | Per source folder: results in DIR (default _converted), originals in _archive; _quarantine only when a file fails |
-ct, --consolidate-top [DIR] | One result folder (default _converted_top), with _archive beside it |
--repair | Apply the single fix the check named (coverage / PairPos, or a TTX rebuild) |
convert -2, --to | Subcommand. woff / woff2 lossless wrap, or otf (TTF outlines to CFF). A file already in that form is skipped. Install fontcatalyst[otf] for overlap removal and CFF subroutinization. |
ttx | Subcommand. Dump each font to .ttx. -r walks subdirectories. -c / -ct default to _ttx / _ttx_top |
--version | Print version and exit |
